For this week’s theme I pulled out an old print photo of mine. The sepia tone make it appear old which is actually true, since this photo is around 7 years old already!

Old fashioned -as for this entry I have used film, my slr camera, the film developed in the darkroom, negative exposed in the dark room, then just now scanned for uploading. Really the old fashioned way!

Happy weekend!

  1. your idea of making it look old fashioned is great.

Mine is posted, I hope you can drop by. I love visitors. Happy weekend.

  2. Ay, no Napaboaniya, It was in our school paper’s office…I was a photographer in college and we have the darkroom there.

Hootin’ anni: I cant find the ‘leave comment’ button on your page. =(

  3. Developing your own film must have been a great experience. I could imagine the thrill of seeing your photos appear gradually right before your eyes.

  4. Thanks Rachel and utah mom! Yeah developing and printing requires patience…true, its fun and thrilling too! Happy weekend!

  5. I love it. A phot not of something old fashioned, but of something new done entirely using the old fashioned methods. Very good!

  6. SenorEnrique posted an interesting photo event in Pinas. My former photography professor would give a hands on lecture about black and white film developing! Let’s see Senor’s article later on coz I forgot myself the exact mixture of chemicals…=P

  7. Great idea for the theme! It’s hard to believe that film is already old-fashioned! I remember when I got my first fully-manual 35MM SLR camera. I thought it was the coolest. LOL

Anyway, thanks for stopping by my blog. Hope you’re having a great weekend! ;o)
