INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
150ml water (optional)

How to:

1. Grease and flour your preferred baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Make sure the butter has melted or heat it in a small pan then combine all ingredients. We added a little water to make it less sweet. You can omit the water if you like it firmer and sweeter.

3. Mix until free from lumps. Erratum in foto: remove the mixing bowl from the weighing scale before mixing.

4. Spread batter into pan, Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. We then poured prepared icing over the brownies that gave it a glossy top. But you can serve them as is.
