Mom: is that a frog?
D: nein, it’s a Maus…
Looking closely it even resembles a squid. ^_^ But you know how kids are so if he says this is a mouse then it’s a mouse.
According to the pedagogue, the second one is an angry chestnut was what D told her.
What I like about the kids doodling is that they can use their imagination freely, it makes them storytellers, and I’m happy with that. I see that they draw like dad, and write like me.
Art is really beneficial to kids and gives them a sense of accomplishment and boosts their self-esteem when given compliments.
Here’s hoping this little boy continues to doodle.
What do you make of the below doodle? He said that it’s a Star Wars character holding laser swords. ^_^ The animal below is something that he rides on… Pretty much imaginative I’d say. My then almost 5-year-old son does that a lot, interpreting his own work. He surely has a lot to learn before he can come up with something like Daddy’s.
A funny version of Wolverine that Dad made using Photoshop. He hasn’t been doing much drawings for some years now so he made this and a batch more when he got sick (spring allergies) last month. You can view more of his works here.
My son surely has a long way to go, may the force be with you and keep you. ^_^
hmmmmm .. looks like a dragon to me.. but if its a frog them so be it.. hahahah… was here dear..
