I love birds because essentially they remind me of freedom and happiness when they chirp.

In the Philippines, I live the country and these maya birds abound Kyels…you can throw rice grains and they’ll come to you. Here in Vienna, you throw bread and the dove comes…

The Philippine Eagle is now the national bird but I still regard maya as the national bird because they’re everywhere. Pang-masa.:D
I have a friend who is a member of Bird Watch, a group of bird enthusiasts. They’re bird watching around Metro Manila usually on weekends.

I was already in highschool when the Phil eagle became the national bird, we didnt talk about in class so for me, somehow, the image of the maya remained as the national bird hehe. I was actually surprised to see them in Germany and Paris hehe…i thought they’re asian birds =D
