Scan it

Last week I heard complaints from a close friend that her hands hurt too much for the old photos she scanned just to show us over at facebook. I didn’t expect that scanning would be that much but it happened to me too. My hands are hurting because of the same reason! We are to submit the files needed for taxation but for filing purposes I had to scan each of the receipts one by one and file them accordingly. Thank goodness the hubby included a scanning software I can use for easier dataflow. Unlike before where I’d manually save the scanned documents in various folders, they are now sorted automatically by the program. I love most is the backup feature because I accidentally hit delete at one time…with the recovery button, voila! my files are back…
