I decided to put this post together for these memes since the project I did is something that I wanted to do for the longest time. The kid’s room makeover….
I wasn’t able to take photos of the ‘before’ and its nice because I do not want everyone seeing how it was. 😀
So I did was take out the bed that was under the double decker. Well, it was definitely something new for the bigger boy who sleeps there…
Afterwards I tidied up the books in a shelf that wasn’t really used much before. The books used to be in the study table, clamped up. Now they are somehow stacked up neatly as well as some dvds, puzzles, coloring books, memory games and other card games.
This is a project that I have planned for a long time..what I call project organization..I just dunno when will I ever complete it..haha!
Great work G! Love the book shelves..so inviting! Inviting me to read…hehe!
It took me sometime to finish Stef,Naku, I planned doing this really long before…=D Hubby is right; I just needed the initiative to start lol.
When I was a kid, I had always wanted a double-deck type bed. I always longed to sleep on the upper deck.
Very nice pics. 🙂
I’ve reworked my son’s room three or four times and I’m afraid its time to hit it again. Stacking books sideways often gives me a stationary place on a shelf to stop the parade of kids books from marching off the shelf. Thanks for the inspiration!
Ay Panaderos, the ones made of wood are good, those made of wires…hurts the back! hehe.
Scarlett, your welcome and thanks for dropping by…Rearrangement could be exhausting especially if done alone…If I had someone to help I’d be glad to do it as much as you do. 😉
I love these, so gorgeous. Am definately going to do them with the boys. I have been offline a few weeks with our move to Canberra, but working on my new post right now! K
